o Promote greater tourism to Pendleton giving visitors searching for a unique memento of their trip the opportunity to watch and photograph ceramic artists at work.
o Fashion affordable souvenir type wares utilizing regionally specific themes packaged for any type of transit to fulfil the need of the traveler.
· Food Establishments.
o Help support the local business network by providing locally made branded wares designed to withstand the high use environment of a restaurant that may also be sold to customers helping to promote their company.
· Local Individuals.
o Produce utilitarian ware designed for everyday use, matched set of formal dishes designed for less frequent use, and ceramic artwork for display in their homes.
· Art Collectors.
o Create original one of a kind ceramic pieces both functional and nonfunctional worthy of display in any setting.
o Maintain a display gallery giving art connoisseurs the opportunity to peruse work composed by local artist.
o Establish a network of galleries to send work for sale to reach targeted areas providing a higher success rate in the sale of work by local artists.
· Home Owners.
o Display unique tile sculptures, mosaics, borders, and other architectural elements to be installed in homes to give people original elements to set their dwellings apart from the norm.
· Contractors.
o Forge partnerships with local installers to provide training and referrals to install locally fabricated ceramic architectural products to meet industry standards with an emphasis on best practices to insure greater product longevity and customer satisfaction.
· Downtown Business Owners.
o Design custom architectural sculpture research based for historical accuracy consistent with the time period of iconic downtown districts which meet or exceed current building standards.
o Offer branded wares to enhance their product offerings and promote their business.
· Public Works.
o Fill requests for proposals marketing primarily brick sculpture or similar exterior grade works of art such as public murals, monuments, and other projects enhancing public land with low maintenance installations designed to last for generations.
· Artists.
o Develop curriculum for training individuals the business of being an artist and provide support in the way of mentoring helping artistic entrepreneurs succeed.
o Institute a residency program for traveling artists bringing new ideas and displaying their creations allowing for greater diversity of work in the show room.
o Organize and host workshops on a regular basis designed to teach ceramic artist how to safely utilize a variety of techniques outside the scope of regular ceramic production.
o Forward consignment opportunities to local artists who have their own workspace of consignment sales.
· Online Consumers.
o Engage in ecommerce to reach a greater audience for enhancing travel to our showroom bringing more outside revenue to the local economy.
o Cooperatively work with producers of events to help bring more consumers to Pendleton.
o Build an online gallery to reach art consumers from other regions around the world promoting the success of local artist.
o Employ the use of multiple social networking platforms to reach targeted markets. Build up recognition establishing a highly visible profile for Pendleton Ceramics.
· Internet Surfers.
o Generate interactive content for multi-tiered subscription-based viewing of digital media showcasing Pendleton Ceramics. Subject matter would include artist statements, early release images of artwork, videos of workshops, etc. Updates would be an ongoing development originated from but not limited to contractors installing ceramic architectural elements, businesses utilizing our products, and the daily undertakings of the artists producing work in association with Pendleton Ceramics. Additional tiers would include instructional content of tutorials developed to help up and coming artists and individualized consultant videos addressing the specific needs requested by artists.
Customers will find us by following links to the company web site or social media such as its Facebook profile. Once a permanent facility is constructed, seeing the storefront. Alternately, I will go find customers by utilizing several social media platforms for targeted marketing. I will also actively contact businesses that could utilize my products to create additional outlets for the sale and distribution of my wares.
Pendleton Ceramics firstly has a goal of employing thirty to forty individuals to be part of an artistic production and sales team.
We plan on having a strong web presence including a subscription membership site, accounts on highly used social media sites, and an ecommerce site.
Emphasis will be placed on artistic ceramic products that are of high quality. We will be creating unique ceramic ware such as raku fired pieces, artistic tile, brick sculpture, etc. Pendleton Ceramics will also produce functional pottery for both high use applications and limited use such as fine china.
Organization of educational workshops for individuals interested in learning about the various aspects of the ceramic process.
Construction of a 3-story structure utilizing the first floor for production equipment, material storage and limited parking. An ADA ramp leading to the Riverwalk entrance. The second-floor level with the Riverwalk will have showroom for fine art and retail products, studio space, restroom for customer and employee use, and commercial kitchen with snacks and refreshments along with a deck with tables and seating on the river bank between the highwater mark and the Riverwalk (if allowed). Third floor would include studio style apartments with restrooms for artists in residence, executive office, and digital media production space.
Supporting Local American Jobs
High quality products that outperform imported ceramic products at a fair price 100% hand crafted by Local American workers.
Goal is to employ thirty plus individuals to produce ceramics while earning a living wage including benefits.

Hard to find architectural elements for the restoration of sculptural details on historic structures.
Community Enhancement
Public works brick sculpture that can withstand harsh outdoor exposure such as sun, hail, and freeze thaw cycles.
Reducing Carbon Footprint
All products created by Pendleton Ceramics, LLC will be produced in a facility with as close to zero emissions, waste production, and utility usage as possible.
Charity
A portion of all proceeds are donated to the Alpha-1 Foundation.
